Questo componente è essenziale per la protezione catodica interna di scaldabagni e caldaie, generalmente realizzati in metallo (acciaio o acciaio inossidabile).
Funzione: l'anodo sacrificale (spesso realizzato in magnesio o alluminio) protegge il serbatoio metallico della caldaia dalla corrosione galvanica, un processo elettrochimico che causa la ruggine dei metalli. L'anodo è più reattivo del metallo del serbatoio e si corrode al suo posto, da cui il nome "sacrificale".
Dimensioni e attacchi:
Dimensione filettatura: 1/2" (mezzo pollice). Questa è la dimensione del raccordo filettato che avvita l'anodo al corpo caldaia.
Lunghezza: 160 mm (millimetri). La lunghezza dell'asta è importante per garantire una protezione sufficiente all'interno del serbatoio.
Manutenzione: gli anodi si usurano nel tempo. Devono essere ispezionati regolarmente e sostituiti quando sono notevolmente usurati per mantenere la garanzia e prolungare la durata del serbatoio della caldaia.
È fondamentale controllare la dimensione della filettatura (1/2") e la lunghezza (160 mm) per garantire la perfetta compatibilità con il modello di caldaia Gianneschi.
