ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. As a general rule, our orders are shipped within X business days and delivered within X to X days in mainland France. For international deliveries, the timeframes may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time. You can also find this information in your customer account, under the "My Orders" section.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your order. We sometimes offer special promotions with free shipping for orders over a certain amount.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to modify or cancel it by contacting us quickly at contact@lyviomarine.fr or by phone at 04 93 34 18 89. Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified or canceled, but you can return it after receiving it.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring the protection of your data.

Your invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after your order is confirmed. You can also find it at any time in your customer account under the "My Orders" section.

If your payment is declined, first check that your banking information is correct and that your card is still valid. Also, make sure that your payment limit has not been reached. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try another payment method. You can also reach out to us for assistance.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you have X days from receipt to return it to us. The product must be in its original condition, with the packaging intact. Contact us at contact@lyviomarine.fr to get return instructions.

Return shipping fees are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless it is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In that case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

Yes, all our products come with a legal warranty of X years against manufacturing defects. Some items may also be covered by an additional manufacturer’s warranty.

If you encounter an issue with a product under warranty, contact our customer service at contact@lyviomarine.fr or by phone with a description of the problem and photos if necessary. We will guide you on the steps to follow for the repair or replacement of the affected product.
