Questo essiccatore è progettato per rimuovere l'umidità dall'aria compressa, proteggendo le apparecchiature pneumatiche da corrosione e danni.
Principio di funzionamento: Si tratta di un essiccatore refrigerato. Raffredda l'aria compressa per condensare l'umidità (acqua), che viene poi rimossa. Questo metodo è riconosciuto per la sua affidabilità ed efficienza.
Prestazioni e affidabilità:
- Dotato di uno scambiatore di calore ad alta efficienza con uno speciale separatore di condensa.
- Raggiunge un punto di rugiada di CLASSE 4, uno standard di qualità dell'aria compressa che indica un livello molto basso di umidità residua.
Controllo e sicurezza:
- Il sistema integra un'ampia gamma di parametri e allarmi (temperatura alta e bassa, guasto del sensore, ecc.) per il massimo monitoraggio delle prestazioni.
- Fornito con uno scaricatore di condensa elettronico: è programmabile e temporizzato, consentendo una regolazione precisa per adattarsi alle diverse condizioni di umidità.
Specifiche tecniche:
- Pressione di esercizio: 7 bar (pressione di esercizio ottimale).
- Temperatura ambiente: 25 °C (massimo 45 °C).
- Temperatura aria in ingresso: 35 °C (massimo 55 °C).
- Tensione: 230 V/1 fase/50 Hz (standard europeo monofase).
- Refrigerante: R134a (refrigerante standard per questo tipo di applicazione).
