Questo elastomero flessibile è un ricambio fondamentale per il giunto flessibile delle pompe centrifughe autoadescanti Gianneschi, modello ACM 652.
Funzione tecnica: Garantisce il collegamento e il trasferimento di potenza tra l'albero motore e l'albero pompa.
Caratteristiche principali: La sua composizione elastomerica gli consente di agire come isolante e ammortizzatore di vibrazioni. Assorbe efficacemente le vibrazioni generate dal motore o dalle fluttuazioni idrauliche e neutralizza lievi disallineamenti.
Manutenzione: La sostituzione di questo elastomero è essenziale per la manutenzione preventiva. Un componente usurato può causare vibrazioni eccessive che danneggerebbero la tenuta meccanica e i cuscinetti della pompa ACM 652, da qui l'importanza di sostituirlo per garantire l'affidabilità e la durata dell'intero gruppo.
