Questo elastomero flessibile è un componente di ricambio essenziale progettato per il giunto flessibile delle pompe centrifughe autoadescanti Gianneschi, modello ACM 502.
Funzione meccanica: funge da interfaccia tra l'albero motore e l'albero della pompa, garantendo la trasmissione di potenza.
Funzione di smorzamento: la sua funzione principale è quella di smorzare coppia e vibrazioni. Assorbe efficacemente gli urti improvvisi e corregge piccoli disallineamenti, proteggendo così l'intero gruppo pompa.
Vantaggio: l'utilizzo di questo elastomero flessibile riduce significativamente le sollecitazioni meccaniche sulle parti sensibili (come la tenuta meccanica e i cuscinetti), garantendo un funzionamento più silenzioso e affidabile e prolungando la durata della pompa ACM 502, in particolare in ambienti marini.
