Le Stator MVI60 (Référence probable : RMVI6001) est une pièce de rechange majeure pour la pompe volumétrique à vis hélicoïdale MVI60 de Gianneschi. Cette pompe est conçue pour les applications marines intensives, notamment le drainage et le transfert de fluides difficiles ou visqueux à haut débit (eaux noires, eaux grises, eaux chargées).
Type de pompe : Pompe à vis hélicoïdale (cavité progressive), offrant une capacité d'auto-amorçage et un refoulement régulier.
Matériau : Il est fabriqué en élastomère (caoutchouc de haute qualité, souvent NBR/Buna). L'élastomère permet de créer une chambre flottante parfaitement étanche autour du rotor en acier inoxydable, essentielle pour le pompage des fluides épais ou contenant des particules.
Rôle : En tant que pièce d'usure en caoutchouc, le stator doit être remplacé régulièrement pour contrer l'abrasion et maintenir la pression et le débit nominal de la pompe MVI60. Son intégrité garantit la performance durable de l'unité.
