The MVI60 Stator (Probable Part Number: RMVI6001) is a major replacement part for the Gianneschi MVI60 positive displacement helical screw pump. This pump is designed for heavy-duty marine applications, including drainage and transfer of difficult or viscous fluids at high flow rates (black water, gray water, sewage).
Pump Type: Helical screw pump (progressive cavity), offering self-priming capability and consistent discharge.
Material: It is made of elastomer (high-quality rubber, often NBR/Buna). The elastomer creates a perfectly sealed floating chamber around the stainless steel rotor, essential for pumping thick fluids or fluids containing particles.
Purpose: As a rubber wear part, the stator must be replaced regularly to prevent abrasion and maintain the MVI60 pump's rated pressure and flow rate. Its integrity guarantees the unit's long-lasting performance.
