Restore the efficiency of your pumping systems with the original Gianneschi MV 64 rotor.
The rotor is the heart of your pump's hydraulic system. For the MV 64 series models, renowned for their reliability and consistent flow, using an original stainless steel impeller is essential to maintain manufacturer specifications.
Why choose the MV 64 stainless steel rotor?
Stainless Steel Construction: Offers superior protection against erosion and corrosion, even during intensive use with seawater or heavily contaminated fluids.
Hydraulic Precision: The blade geometry is designed to minimize turbulence and maximize output pressure, thus reducing motor fatigue.
Static and Dynamic Balance: Each Gianneschi rotor undergoes rigorous balancing at the factory, ensuring quiet operation and extending the lifespan of the bearings and mechanical seal.
Stress Resistance: Designed to withstand the temperature variations and high pressures commonly encountered on large pleasure craft and commercial vessels.
Maintenance and Replacement:
A damaged or clogged impeller drastically reduces the efficiency of your system. We recommend a visual inspection of the impeller at each pump overhaul. If you observe signs of erosion on the leading edges of the blades, replacement is necessary to prevent irreversible flow loss.
Lyvio Technical Tip: For a complete overhaul of your MV 64 pump, remember to also order the gasket kit and the corresponding mechanical seal.
