The Lyvio Marine PVC insulated butt splice wire connector (commonly referred to as a butt connector or crimp joiner) is the standard, dependable, and cost-effective solution for creating secure, inline linear splices or extending two electrical copper cables.
Its high-grade PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) insulating sleeve provides excellent dielectric strength and isolates your connections from abrasions and accidental short circuits inside conduits, wiring looms, or electrical panels. Internally, the connection barrel is crafted from tinned electrolytic copper. This tin plating is a critical requirement in marine electrical engineering, blocking moisture from reaching the copper core, preventing corrosion, and preserving maximum electrical conductivity over time.
