This high-precision sensor uses electric field technology to detect water without any moving parts. Its unique feature is its 30-second time delay: once activated, it keeps the pump running for an additional 30 seconds.
Why is it essential?
Prevents unnecessary starts: In small sumps or in rough seas, the water is constantly moving. The time delay prevents the pump from cycling on and off.
Maximum dewatering: It allows the pump to continue drawing residual water from the pipe, often dropping well below the standard 13 mm cut-off level.
Intelligent operation:
Activation: As soon as the water level reaches 51 mm.
Deactivation: When the level drops below 13 mm (with a 30-second extension).
Flexible installation: Mounts at the base or side to accommodate all cleat configurations.
Compatibility: Universal for 12V and 24V systems.
