This control panel is a combined unit designed by Gianneschi for monitoring the performance of a pump or fluid system. It allows for simultaneous measurement of positive and negative pressure (vacuum) within a circuit.
Pressure Gauge (0-6 bar): Measures the system discharge pressure. The 0-6 bar range is suitable for domestic water circuits or low- and medium-pressure transfer pumps.
Vacuum Gauge (-1-0 bar): Measures the vacuum (depression) on the suction line. A reading close to -1 bar may indicate a problem (obstruction or excessive suction lift).
Glycerin Bath: Both dials are filled with glycerin. This filling dampens vibrations generated by the pumps and pressure fluctuations, ensuring needle stability and accurate readings, while extending the life of the instruments.
This equipment is essential for the diagnosis and optimal operation of Gianneschi pumping systems.
