The DS9 Male Plug is the mobile connector in the Marechal DECONTACTOR range, designed to handle extremely high power ratings of 150 A at 400 V/440 V AC (3P+N+E).
DS9 Perfect Mating: Designed to fit perfectly with the DS9 female socket, this plug completes the DECONTACTOR system, ensuring the disconnection of the load current (AC-22/AC-23) from the start of separation, guaranteeing total safety.
Durability and Impact Resistance: The mobile connector features a robust design (often made of GRP polyester or metal) offering high mechanical resistance (IK09 or IK10), essential for the most hostile environments (heavy marine, steel industry, mining).
Rugged Connection Reliability: Marechal's renowned butt contacts ensure a rock-solid connection with low electrical resistance. This performance guarantees a stable and durable 150A power supply, even under vibration or thermal shock.
Operational Sealing: Once mated to the DS9 base, the connection is sealed, ensuring IP66/IP67 waterproof protection against water and dust, extending the lifespan of the installation.
