The DS6 Female Socket from Marechal Electric is a 90A fixed connection socket designed for three-phase systems with Neutral and Earth (3P+N+E), typically operating at 400V AC (or 440V).
DECONTACTOR Technology: Beyond a simple socket, this socket incorporates a switch with a breaking capacity (AC-22/AC-23). This unique feature allows for safe connection and disconnection of the live installation, simplifying operations and reducing downtime.
Extreme Resistance: The enclosure is built for harsh marine environments and heavy industrial installations. It is often available in Glass-Filled Polyester (GRP) or metal, offering excellent impact resistance (IK09).
Waterproofing and Durability: The waterproofing of the socket is ensured by a high protection rating, generally IP66/IP67 (once the cover is closed or the plug is connected), protecting the system against temporary immersion and powerful water jets.
Reliable Three-Phase Connection: Ideal for powering high-power motors, pumps, cranes, or shore power terminals, it guarantees a reliable and secure power supply thanks to the end contacts with silver-nickel pads, minimizing wear due to electrical arcs.
