Pre-insulated flat male crimp tab, heat-shrinkable

The Lyvio Marine heat shrink pre-insulated male spade terminal (commonly known as a Faston male disconnect) is engineered for creating quick, detachable, and fully waterproof electrical connections onboard. Featuring the universal standard width of 6.35 mm (0.8 mm thickness), it serves as the perfect counterpart to female spade connectors for wire extensions or device connections.

This professional-grade terminal features a double-wall heat shrinkable sleeve with an internal adhesive lining. When heat is applied after crimping, the outer sleeve shrinks tightly while the inner glue melts to completely encapsulate the wire. This creates a 100% airtight and waterproof seal that locks out salt-water and ambient moisture, eliminating capillary corrosion. Built with a tinned electrolytic copper core, it ensures maximum conductivity and heavy-duty resistance against vessel vibrations.
