The DS6 Female Decontactor Socket from Marechal is a fixed connection socket designed for installations requiring high power (up to 90A in 1P+N+E). It is the ideal anchor point for powering 250V equipment in harsh environments.
Integrated Safety (Decontactor): This socket incorporates a switch function, guaranteeing a breaking capacity (AC-22/AC-23). It allows safe disconnection under load, without the need for an external disconnect switch.
Fixed Protection: Made of reinforced Polyester (Poly), it offers high impact resistance (IK09) and excellent resistance to corrosive environments (marine, industrial).
Waterproofing and Longevity: The spring-loaded cover provides immediate and automatic protection of the socket when unplugged, guaranteeing high waterproofing, certified up to IP66/IP67 (or even IP55 or IP54 depending on the exact model), thus extending the lifespan of the installation.
Safety Disc: The socket is often equipped with a safety disc that protects against direct contact with live parts (IP4X), even when the plug is removed.
